Welcome to Wonder Garden BD. By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part, please refrain from using our services.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities and refuse any order. Plant images are for illustration; actual plants may vary slightly in size, shape, and colour.

Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order ID. Please verify the details and contact us immediately if any correction is needed.

All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and include applicable taxes. We accept bKash, Nagad, SSLCommerz, and Cash on Delivery (COD). Payment must be completed before dispatch, except for COD orders.

We deliver across Bangladesh. Standard delivery takes 2–5 business days depending on your location. Shipping is calculated based on total weight: ৳120 for the first kg, and ৳25 for each additional kg.

Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. Please inspect the package at the time of delivery and report any damage immediately.

If a plant arrives damaged or unhealthy, notify us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo. We will replace it or issue a full refund. No returns are accepted for change of mind after 48 hours of delivery.

Wonder Garden BD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
